What we collect

If you use the Request a Call form, we collect the information you type: your name, phone number, vehicle details, and your description of the problem. We use it for one purpose: to call or text you back about your vehicle.

We use basic, privacy-respecting page analytics (page views and general traffic sources) to understand which pages help customers. This analytics does not use advertising cookies and does not build profiles of you.

We also store one small item in your browser (first-party local storage): the channel that sent you to us, such as Google, Yelp, a referral, or social media. We use it only to see which channels lead to booked calls. It stays in your own browser, is never sold or shared, and you can decline it in the notice at the bottom of the page or by clearing your browser storage.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share your information with advertisers.
• We do not add you to automated text lists without a separate confirmation text that you answer first, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

How long we keep it

Lead details are kept only as long as needed to follow up on your request and maintain normal service records.
